It fills you with uncertainty and stress wondering, “Will anyone show up to do the work or will they just run off with my money, like the horror stories I’ve heard in the past?”

You see, we are a financially solid, family owned company and we like and trust our neighbors, in the Pinellas communities we service.

…You will NEVER pay a large up-front deposit before work begins. It’s all part of delivering the “Uncommon Painting Experience.”

Here is how our policy works…

All estimates that are accepted require a non refundable $100.00 scheduling fee. This holds your place on our schedule and will be applied to the contract price.

All our paint jobs are handled this way:

Work will begin on the agreed upon date and time at which point 15% of the contract price is due. Once the prep work phase is complete the next deposit of 35% is due before finish work begins.

Upon completion of finish work to contract and your 100% satisfaction the remaining 50% of the contract price is due.
