Dear Ed and Amy,
The purpose of this letter to remove any doubt from any potential customer's mind that they are making the best decision possible in selecting you both for the painting job they are undertaking.
During our lifetimes, we have built our own home twice when we lived in the North and have done two make-over's at our condo while here in Florida. We believe we have in-depth experience in working with contractors of all types.
We cannot say enough positive things about you both. Your professionalism was 11 on a scale of 10. You were able to complete your work for us while we were still living inside our home (a genuine feat when considering how many objects there were to move or that could be bumped into or knocked over). Sometimes you were so quiet and transparent, we wondered whether or not you were still physically inside our condo.
Regarding all the painting jobs you did for us, the meticulousness and the quality of your work was at least 11 on a scale of 10. There was also a very high level of trust we developed with you that we never had before with any other contractor. I would use you both again regarding all the other services you provide shown on the back of your business card.
